By downloading or using Hoop Finder Live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use Hoop Finder Live.

2. Use of the App

• You may use Hoop Finder Live only for lawful purposes.
• You must not use the app to harass, stalk, or harm other users.
• You must not submit false court locations or manipulate the map.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app.

3. Location Sharing

You voluntarily share your location when you activate the "Start Hooping" feature. You can stop sharing at any time. We are not responsible for how other users interact with your public location data while you are actively sharing.

4. User Content

By submitting court locations, profile photos, or feedback, you grant Hoop Finder Live a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are accurate and appropriate.

Objectionable Content and Abusive Users.

We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, threats, or other objectionable content on Hoop Finder Live. Users can report any post, comment, or user profile directly within the app. We will investigate and take appropriate action on all reports of objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours of submission. Actions may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hoop Finder Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of court locations or the availability of players. Use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoop Finder Live and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injuries at courts or incidents arising from in-person meetups.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
